Japanese (Advanced)ⅣB<Integrated Japanese>

The purpose of this class is to contemplate 'what it means to work' through the settings, scenes, and characters in novels. By addressing various tasks, students will come to understand their own values and acquire the skills required in the context of work.

・Students will be able to recognize their strengths and weaknesses relevant to the skills required in the context of work.
・Students will be able to express their opinions by envisioning the narrative progression, emotions of characters, and their perspectives through reading novels.
・Students will be able to analyze their personal values and effectively communicate them.

This course comprises discussions, assignments, and novel reading comprehension. Students are required to use their imagination to deepen their thoughts and express their opinions on specified scenarios during class. Various tasks will involve analyzing personal values and expressing them in written and oral forms.
*Basically face-to-face lessons are conducted in this class, but I will consider another way including on-line lessons via zoom depending in case of university emergency

The content and schedule may change depending on the number of students etc.

Comment on the submitted assignments on what was good and what needs to be improved.

Preparation: Read the specified sections in advance.
Homework: Mini-reports reflecting on the tasks will be assigned.
