授業の内容

The purpose of this course is to develop conversational Japanese skills that enable students to effectively communicate their intentions and thoughts, while building and maintaining positive relationships within Japanese society. Students will learn key elements of honorific and polite language and develop the ability to use these expressions appropriately in accordance with hierarchical relationships and degrees of social familiarity

・Students will be able to communicate their thoughts using Japanese in a situationally appropriate manner.
・Students will be able to establish and maintain good relationships with others through conversation in Japanese.

授業の方法

This course consists of learning conversational expressions and strategies, role-playing, discussions, and reflective learning.
Students will first learn phrases and strategies for various conversational situations. They will then work in pairs or groups to role-play scenarios they may encounter. Afterward, students will share their opinions on each other's role-plays and explore ways to improve communication. During discussions, students are encouraged to express their opinions and respect each other's ideas.
This course is primarily taught through exercises and will be held on campus.
All lectures and learning activities will be conducted in Japanese.

Students will receive a comment sheet describing what they did well on the assignment and what they need to improve on.

Instructions will be given in the class on preparation for reading texts and for presentations.

 

1回の授業につき予習・復習あわせて最低1時間の学修が必要となります。
